Today, the Women of the Year Awards were featured on BBC’s Morning Live, shining a spotlight on the incredible courage of the women affected by the Post Office scandal. The segment explored the life-changing impact the scandal has had – and celebrated the moment they took centre stage at this year’s Awards, held last Friday at a packed Etihad Stadium, home of Manchester City.

There, these remarkable women were honoured with the Emmeline Pankhurst Woman of Achievement Award – a tribute to their extraordinary bravery, resilience, and determination in the face of injustice.

Their courage and fight for justice continue to inspire us all to stand up, speak out, and never give up. At Women of the Year, we’re so proud to celebrate women whose strength changes lives – and today’s BBC feature is a powerful reminder of exactly why their stories matter.
