Kate has been supporting Women of the Year for over 15 years, becoming an ambassador 10 years ago.

Based in Stoke-on-Trent, Kate’s career has seen her working in both Local Government as Lord Mayor’s Secretary and the Ceramics Industry in Sales, Marketing and Public Relations.

Now retired Kate supports charities from many different backgrounds through trusteeships and fundraising.

During her many years involvement with WOTY, she has met many amazing women and heard first hand their incredible stories, and she remains committed to inspiring, celebrating and promoting female role models across all areas of society and the wider business community.
