Shanie is the Company Director of M Investment Group, overseeing a diverse portfolio of national and international businesses. A University of Sheffield graduate with a BA in three languages and an MSc distinction, she began her career at Aldi, rising to Trading Director aged 30. She joined the family business in 2021, helping deliver the multi-million-pound sale of Waterworld Leisure Group in 2025.

Shanie has launched several award-winning businesses and spearheaded the family’s £5 million venture capital fund to support local businesses. A proud mum of two, she enjoys competitive netball and cricket while championing health, performance and community.
