Sarah Knight FCG is Governance Transformation Lead at Together Financial Services and a mum of three. Always driven by curiosity, ideas and a desire to make a difference, surviving a sudden cardiac arrest in 2023 strengthened Sarah’s ambition and determination to make her life count. When the organisation where she had built her career suddenly closed in 2025, she embraced the opportunity to start again with renewed passion and purpose.

Today, she works across governance, strategy and transformation, championing innovation and responsible AI while learning and contributing through speaking and professional networks. Passionate about social mobility and community, she also gives back through CPR awareness and charity work, believing in leaving people, organisations and communities better than she found them.
