Michelle Nunkoo is the UK Services Sales Senior Director at Dell Technologies, where she draws on more than 21 years with the company to lead a dynamic, customer-focused Services Sales organisation.

Her team is responsible for delivering Dell’s Consulting, Deployment, Support and Managed Services to help customers modernise and strengthen their environments, while building strong, long-term partnerships.

Over her career at Dell, Michelle has built a reputation for growing people as well as business. She is passionate about coaching, mentoring and developing talent, and about creating inclusive teams where individuals feel empowered to bring their best selves to work and to stretch into new opportunities.

Michelle is also a visible and active supporter of wellbeing and inclusion. She participates in multiple Employee Resource Groups and leads the UK Mental Health Network, championing awareness, psychological safety and practical support so that colleagues can thrive personally and professionally.
