Driven by a belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive, Sophie Ford-Wilkinson is committed to creating practical, lasting change for children and families. She combines business leadership with charitable work, turning purpose into action.

After ten years as a primary school teacher, Sophie joined CPOMS as Product Director, helping grow the safeguarding platform from 1,700 schools to over 20,000 organisations, helping to protect more than 8.4 million children worldwide. She is a Founding Trustee of The Holly House Charitable Foundation and a Trustee of the Wise Owl Trust.

Outside work, Sophie enjoys yoga, travel, reading and, with considerably more enthusiasm, cake.
