Giving “Every Child Every Chance” is the ethos of Salford born and based Nicola Fleury MBE. As Founding Director/Owner of The Kidzrus Group of Private Day Nurseries, since 2016 she has successfully steered the growth of the business from one setting with six children and three staff to a multi-award winning group of eight nurseries providing innovative learning opportunities for 575 children and employment for 205 dedicated educators. From a working class background, she has gained a Leadership and Management Degree and been awarded an MBE in the Kings 2023 Birthday Honours for services to education and the community.
