Leigh Mellis is the Founder and CEO of jetlogic, Scotland’s number one private jet charter company, operating across more than 100 countries worldwide providing 24/7 global access to private jet and helicopter charter.

Aviation has been a passion since childhood. Growing up watching her father’s career as a senior air traffic controller, she says: “I would look up at contrails in the sky and I just think I want to be in that plane. Flying to me is escapism. It’s freedom.”

Today jetlogic serves clients globally across sport, fashion, music, film, television and luxury travel. Under Leigh’s leadership the company has grown consistently and entirely organically for seventeen years with no external investment, no debt and a 100 per cent safety record throughout.

Despite success, the road has been turbulent – from volcanic ash clouds to Brexit, Covid and conflict in the Middle East (which happened the week the Dubai office opened) – yet jetlogic continues to adapt, grow and deliver for its clients.
