An experienced strategic military leader whose career has spanned leading on high-risk operations, to advising senior military leaders and government on some of Defence’s most complex people challenges. She is driven by a belief that the strongest organisations are built by investing in people and creating opportunities for others to succeed.

A military spouse, and mother of two, as well as a passionate mentor, volunteer and advocate for equity and opportunity. She is committed to helping women pursue ambitious careers without feeling they must live up to impossible expectations, believing that success should be defined on their own terms.
