Victoria is a pioneering leader and co-founder dedicated to empowering women in their leadership and management careers.  With over 25 years of experience in education, including senior roles in higher, further education and latterly a training company – Axia Solutions, she has developed and grown outstanding educational provision.  Victoria is a passionate advocate for training, she holds an MBA earned while balancing the demands of parenthood with work and is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
